The mouth of the tong is made form nylon material that can withstand heat upto 210 degrees celcius, hence serving hot steaming snacks is not a problem.
The grip on the stainless steel is made from soft touch plastic for easy and non slip grip.
The tongs have a unique locking feature which is very simply and smooth in operating.
This lock enables to store the tongs in drawers occupying less space.

Replacement Policy
However, on a case-by-case basis, the company may decide to issue replacement products in cases of genuine product damage. The replacement product will be of the same SKU as the damaged product.
Conditions for Replacement
- Return for replacement is accepted only with the original packaging.
- Products must be returned in an unwashed and unused condition.
- All returned products must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt.
