Generally, Rena does not accept product returns and does not issue refunds.
However, on a case-by-case basis, the company may decide to issue replacement products in cases where there is a genuine issue of damaged products. The replacement product will be the same SKU as the damaged product.
Conditions for Replacement
- Returns for replacement are accepted only with the original packaging, in an unwashed and unused condition.
- All returned products must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt.
- Replacement of products is subject to inspection and verification by the Rena team.
