This Mezzaluna is useful for mincing leafy vegetables, meat, etc. & excellent for cutting Pizzas. Blades made from magnetic stainless steel AISI 420J2 grade. The blades are hardened & tempered in a controlled atmospheric furnace to achieve the required hardness to give a long-lasting edge.
