General Policy
Generally, Rena does not accept product returns and does not issue refunds.
Replacement Policy
However, on a case-by-case basis, the company may decide to issue replacement products in cases of genuine product damage. The replacement product will be of the same SKU as the damaged product.
Conditions for Replacement
- Return for replacement is accepted only with the original packaging.
- Products must be returned in an unwashed and unused condition.
- All returned products must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt.
Inspection Process
Replacement for products is subject to inspection and verification by the Rena team.
