Sharpening Instructions for Straight Edge:
1. Set the sharpening angle by turning to the desired angle. If factory angle is unknown, use the angle chart on the inside of the insert card or follow suggested angles printed on product and knob.
2. Place sharpener on a flat, sturdy surface and insert knife into the appropriate sharpening slot.
3. With the knife blade straight up and down and fully inserted into the slot, tilt the tip of the blade slightly downward and pull the blade through slot from heel to tip using a smooth, consistent stroke and moderate, downward pressure. If your blade curves up to the tip, lift up on the handle of the knife as you approach this portion of the blade to sharpen all the way out to the tip.
4. Continue pulling the knife blade through slot from heel to tip (never back and forth), approximately 8-10 times until sharp.
(the number of pulls depends on the sharpness or damage to the knife)
Instructions for Scissors:
1. Place the sharpener on a flat surface.
2. Hold the sharpener with one hand and the scissors in the other. Insert the scissor blades into the slots on either side of the ceramic rod and push the scissors forwards and then close the scissors and pull them back out of the slot.

Replacement Policy
However, on a case-by-case basis, the company may decide to issue replacement products in cases of genuine product damage. The replacement product will be of the same SKU as the damaged product.
Conditions for Replacement
- Return for replacement is accepted only with the original packaging.
- Products must be returned in an unwashed and unused condition.
- All returned products must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt.
