The Silicone Pastry Brush is used for spreading melted butter, ghee, oil, or glaze on food or to apply on pans, utensils etc. It is also used for spreading juice, butter etc. while preparing barbeque and also in baking of breads and pastries.
It can with stand temperatures from - 40° C to 250 °C
