Return Policy:
- Generally, Rena does not accept product returns and does not issue refunds
- However, on a case by case basis, the company may decide to issue replacement products, where there is a genuine case of damaged products. The Replacement product would be the same SKU of the damaged product.
- Return for replacement is accepted only with the original packaging, in an unwashed and unused condition

- All returned products must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt
Replacement for products is subject to inspection and checking by the Rena team.
